2015 Goals

So I started out this year writing down my goals and where I would like to be at the end of 2015. I will share the one that means the most to me. I want to help 12 people who my be struggling with health and fitness issues and have tried everything but just can't seem to get results. This is very achievable and I want only those willing to give 100% commitment! I will make sure you get the best results by putting you in a private Facebook accountability/motivation group. You will be required to post daily workouts and complete daily assignments. As your coach I will be with you every step of the way. Below is one of our challenge accountability groups that will be starting in February. I started with 5 openings and I have 2 left. Our Coach Team will be starting an online INSANITY MAX 30 Challenge GROUP on February 2, 2015. This challenge is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! (Prep week begins on January26th, actual challenge begins the following week)
